We want you to love your Smile. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns on unopened sets

You can return any set that is unopened and in its original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Hygiene rule

Snap-on veneers are worn in the mouth. For hygiene reasons, a set that has been opened, molded in hot water, or worn cannot be returned or refunded, unless it is defective.

Defective or damaged sets

If your set arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send you a free replacement, or a full refund if you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

How to start a return

Email us at amirkesintini1@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for defective or damaged items. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to post the refund.
